Ahead of assembly elections in Rajasthan, Sachin Pilot has said the party high command has to take a decision on the leadership change in the state.

"The high command knows about the issue of leaders who did not allow the Congress Legislature Party meeting in September. The party has to decide on taking action against them," Pilot said.

Speaking on elections in the state, Sachin Pilot said, "Elections will be happening soon in the state. Party leaders have to work together if we have to win elections in Rajasthan."

On Monday, Pilot slammed the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and said it has failed to fulfill the promises made to farmers and has, in fact, put them under severe stress through demonetisation and Goods and Services Tax (GST).

He further accused that the government has pushed the country into a debt trap of Rs 1.5 lakh crore. ∎
